If you are selected to proceed in the process, our recruiters will schedule a phone or in-person interview. Assessments and Job Offer
If our recruiting team wishes to extend an offer following your interview and assessments, you will receive a call in which we will extend an offer, and discuss a starting salary. If you accept, we will send you a formal job offer and welcome package. As
part of our pre-employment process, we conduct a variety of
background and assessment checks. These include a criminal background check, pre-employment drug test and verification of previous employment. Depending on the position, we also may conduct
a motor vehicle report check
, physical ability tests and job-specific skills tests.
